Exchange Policy
* Exchanges are available for any genuine concerns with your order. If you encounter any issues with the product, we are happy to assist in providing a replacement.
* We will replace the product with the same item, subject to availability. If the same item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value.
* Custom-made and dyed products are non-exchangeable, as they are uniquely crafted or personalized for you based on your preferences.
* To ensure a smooth and hassle-free exchange process, we request that you send a 360-degree uncut video of the product upon receiving it. This will help us better understand the issue and facilitate the exchange.
* In case of a size issue, we can replace the product subject to availability, but please note that the second shipping cost will not be free. We provide free shipping for your initial order, but the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of exchanges.
* If you are unsure about your size, you can send a picture of your kurti along with a measuring tape (showing key measurements) and your order ID to us on WhatsApp at +918090164929. Alternatively, you can choose one size bigger, which gives you a margin to adjust the fit as needed.
Store Credit
* If an exchange is not feasible or preferred, we offer store credit for the value of your product. Store credit is valid indefinitely and can be used towards any future purchase at Safyra Chikankari, giving you the freedom to explore new pieces.
