Dispatch Timelines (Domestic Orders – India)
The timelines below apply to orders shipped within India and are followed uniformly across our website and checkout. Each order undergoes a detailed quality check before dispatch.
• Standard orders: Dispatch within 9–12 business days
• Dyed orders: Dispatch within 10–15 business days
Shade card can be shared on WhatsApp on request, prior to order confirmation
• Custom orders: Timelines depend on the nature of handwork
Nazakat with freshly executed Mukaish: 18–25 business days
Heavy hand embroidery including pearl, cutdana- zardozi: 30–45 business days
• Pre-booked orders: Dispatch within 30–45 business days
The final dispatch timeline is determined by our production team based on the complexity of the handwork and remains fixed once the order is placed.

• Minor variations in embroidery, motifs, colour tone, or finish are natural to handcrafted products and are not considered defects
• Colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography
• Customers are encouraged to clarify any doubts regarding colour, work, design, or timelines before placing the order
Package Opening Video
• A clear, continuous, and unedited video of the sealed parcel being opened is mandatory to report damage, incorrect items, or missing components
• Requests raised without this opening video may not be processed
