At Safyra Chikankari, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. In the rare event that you face an issue with your order, we are happy to assist with an exchange as per the policy below.
• Exchanges are considered only for verified issues related to workmanship or damage during transit.
• Exchanges are available for eligible products, subject to availability.
• The product will be replaced with the same item. If unavailable, another product of equal value may be chosen.
• Custom-made, dyed, sale, discounted, and offer products are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original condition with tags intact.
• A 360-degree uncut opening video of the product is mandatory for any exchange request.
• Size-related exchanges are subject to availability.
• Shipping for exchanges is chargeable. Free shipping applies only to the initial order.
• Customers are required to courier the product back to us. We do not offer reverse pickup. The return address will be shared once the exchange request is approved.
• All exchange and store credit requests are subject to review and approval by our team, in accordance with this policy.
Handcrafted Disclaimer
• Loose threads are a natural part of handcrafted Chikankari and do not indicate a defect.
• Variations in motifs, embroidery placement, colour tone, and overall appearance are inherent to handmade products. No two pieces are identical, and these characteristics are a mark of authenticity, not defects.
• Colours may appear slightly different in images or reels due to lighting conditions, photography, and individual screen settings. Such variations are natural and not considered defects.
If you are unsure about sizing, you may:
• Share a photo of a well-fitting kurti with a measuring tape and your order ID on WhatsApp, or
• Choose one size larger to allow room for alterations.
Store Credit
If an exchange is not feasible, store credit equal to the product value may be issued.
• Store credit is valid indefinitely
• Can be used on any future purchase
• Store credit is not applicable for custom-made, dyed, sale, discounted, or offer products
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds..
All eligible cases are addressed through exchange or store credit only, as outlined above.
