All our products are handcrafted using traditional techniques. As a result, minor variations in colour, embroidery placement, motifs, and finish are natural and reflect the authenticity of handmade products.

Product images and videos are shared for reference. Actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, photography, and individual screen settings. Customers are advised to review all product details carefully before placing an order.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed only through our authorized platforms.

Full payment is required before order processing begins.

Safyra Chikankari reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, pricing discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any amount received will be adjusted as per applicable policy.

4. Custom & Personalized Orders

Orders involving customization—including size, dyeing, embroidery, or additional handwork—are created specifically based on individual preferences.

Custom and personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Customers are requested to confirm all specifications carefully before placing such orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch timelines mentioned on the website are estimates and are based on the nature of the product (ready-to-ship, dyed, customized, or pre-booked). As handcrafted pieces require time for detailing and quality checks, timelines may vary.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Safyra Chikankari is not liable for delays or delivery issues arising due to incorrect address details or courier service limitations.

Any return shipping or re-delivery costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Safyra Chikankari follows a no-refund policy.

Returns and refunds are not offered.

Eligible cases, if any, are addressed strictly through exchange or store credit, in accordance with our Exchange & Store Credit Policy, which customers are advised to review before placing an order.
