Order Cancellation

 

  • Once an order is placed, cancellations are not entertained.

  • Our products are handmade and take time to process and dispatch. We will try our best to fulfill urgent requests.

 

 

 

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 3-5 days of receiving the package.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • A full 360° unboxing video is mandatory for any claims related to damage, defects, or wrong items.
  • Exchange requests will be accepted only for size-related issues, subject to availability of stock.
  • Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product. Store credit must be used within 14 days of issue.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using insured and trackable shipping methods for returns, as we are not responsible for goods lost or damaged during return shipment.

 

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Itemd

 

  • Customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. This includes products customized for size, fit, dyeing, or any additional handiwork such as Mukaish, Zardozi, or other embellishments.
  • Products with length alterations as per customer request are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Products purchased on sale, discount, with coupons, or gift vouchers are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable — except in the case of wrong or damaged items.
  • Unstitched suit sets are not eligible for exchange.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

 

 

 

Product Variations & Expectations

  • Our products are handmade, and minor variations in color, motifs, and finish may occur. These are part of the handcrafted charm and are not considered defects.
  • Product images are for reference only. Due to differences in camera quality, lighting, and screen resolution,actual product colors may vary.
  • We encourage you to clarify any questions about shade, design, or specifications before placing your orders    
    Returns Process
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 3-5 days of delivery via email at safyrachikankari@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 8090164929 with your order number and details.
  • We will provide the return shipping address.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue store credit for eligible returns.
  • Store credit can be redeemed on any future purchase and must be used within 14 days of issuance.
  • Each order is eligible for one return or exchange only.
  • Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for returns or refunds.

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

  • If a product is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, customers will be responsible for the return shipping (RTO) charges on re-delivery requests

  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy conditions.
  • Refunds are provided only in the form of store credit; no cash refunds are available.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Shipping charges on international orders are borne by the customer.
